For Jocelyn Loza a group where she could connect with other women like her, was been on her to-do list for years. She finally decided that it was time to start this group and founded Latina Professionals of Chattanooga. As she met with influential Latinas, their stories were very similar to hers and reconfirmed her decision.
"Not only did I want to create a group, a hub, to help Latinas advance by providing access to - and support from - other Latina professionals, I also wanted to collaborate with our community by developing relationships with organizations who support the advancement of minorities." said Jocelyn.
